I am General Director of XERDAN Ltd in Malta. I have a long experience in crises, emergencies, conflicts, and complex critical events, in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Central America, Sub-Saharan Africa. I am Ist Captain (Res.) and served in several missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. I focus on systems analysis, comprehensive sustainability, and complex security management to prevent and respond to crises and emergencies. I have been invited to speak at conferences and important international meetings at UN ILO-OIT and lecture in some Universities. I taught Civil-Military Synergies at Centro Addestramento Alpino of the Italian Army and Sustainable Design at IED, Milan. I write papers and articles, and I make seminars, webinars, and training on comprehensive sustainability, systemic-strategical analysis, crises, and emergencies. I translated the first and only existing Italian version of Buckminster Fuller's Operative Manual for Spaceship Earth for Il Saggiatore, Milan, in 2018.
