My first unit when I came off active duty in 1987 was as a Captain of the A-V Platoon leader in the 361st PsyOps Company (then located at Ft Lawton / Seattle). I was assigned to the 364th CA Brigade as the Deputy Chief of Staff, G4 from 2003 - 2008 as a LTC at Portland, Oregon. Deployed for OIF and assigned as Operations Officer in CFLCC C9 from 2006 - 2007 at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Even in retirement, I feel my USACAPOC assignments were among the best of my 37 year career.
