Civil Reconnaissance Teams' Value in Large Scale Combat Operations

Captain Andrew J. Bibb, Army Civil Affairs Team Leader in the 83d Civil Affairs Battalion, argues in support of the role Civil Reconnaissance Teams will play in Large Scale Combat Operations and the Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) construct.
